I’ve been selling on eBay for few years but haven’t been able to make considerable profit. First I started selling unused items which worked, then I tried selling new items. For the new products I’m not able to generate good profit as margin is razor thin. I’m not able to crack this profit margin. Can anyone give me some pointers?

yes, right so where do I buy low from? I’ve been checking wholesales, distributors and I can’t seem to find good prices from them to make profit by competing from other sellers on eBay.
That is billion dollar question. This is something you have to figure out on your own. No one is going to tell the secret. I’ve been selling on eBay and Amazon and I’ve found few ways to beat competitors on eBay and Amazon in some categories for some products.
You have to find, search, research on products which you think you can buy at dirt cheap price. No, I’m not talking about sourcing from China. Chinese are selling themselves now so you can’t compete with them.
It will require some hard work but if you stay focused you will crack it.
