Problem with adding money into my Wise business account

I recently added money into my business account online, money hasn’t been added yet. They keep asking for statement and various other bullshit questions. How do I fix that?

I’ve observed that Wise’s customer service has degraded in the past couple of years. In the beginning I could connect to someone on the facebook and problem used to get resolved. Recently I’ve to contact their customer support only to find that a bot has replaced human on FB messenger and their ticket support has been outsourced to India and some other country who have no clue with the actual problem.

Be patient and keep following with them, read the instructions in their emails and do as they ask you to do even if that seems to be stupid thing to do.
