I’m new to WordPress and still learning. On my blog Florida Psychics when I add a new category item into navigation menu it automatically inserts a weird link for the menu item, see the image below. Is this a bug or default WordPress behaviour?

It is to do with your Permalink Settings. You can check values there and play around to see what is causing this issue.
